Michael F. Kreft, M.D.

Dr. Michael Kreft joined Advanced Center for Orthopedics & Plastic Surgery in 2026. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, he earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame and his medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Summa Health System in Akron, Ohio, followed by fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.

Dr. Kreft provides comprehensive surgical and non-surgical treatment for conditions affecting the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. He strives to make patients feel safe, well-informed and actively involved in their care.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Kreft enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and dog throughout all four seasons, as well as snowboarding, paddleboarding, and playing guitar.

Dr. Kreft is board-eligible by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
