Dr. Bryan Dixon has been caring for patients at Advanced Center for Orthopedics since 2008. Dr. Dixon is originally from Fairbanks, Alaska. In addition to providing non-operative orthopedic and sports medicine care at Advanced Center for Orthopedics, Dr. Dixon places a lot of emphasis on patient education by serving as a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Family Medicine at Michigan State University and in the Athletic Training Program at Northern Michigan University. Dr. Dixon also serves as Chief of Medical for the Ore to Shore Mountain Bike Epic and Noquemanon Ski Marathon in Marquette, Michigan. Dr. Dixon is a team physician and is Medical Director for the United States Olympic Education Center in Marquette, Michigan, as well as assistant team physician for Northern Michigan University.
When he has free time, Dr. Dixon enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through outdoor sports.
Dr. Dixon is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Family Medicine, Sports Medicine.
Dr. Dixon holds a certificate of added qualification in primary care sports medicine.
